Short answer
JobGPT automatically sends personalized recruiter emails and referral requests from your own Gmail, alongside its auto-apply. LoopCV can auto-send your email and CV to a company address it finds, and LazyApply advertises automatic referral emails to employees at companies you apply to.
Several popular tools do not send outreach for you. Simplify and Jobright draft outreach and surface contacts, but you send every message yourself. Teal offers email templates, and Sonara and AIApply focus on submitting applications with no documented outreach.

A few notes on the closest competitors. LoopCV’s outreach goes to a company email address it locates for each matching job, which some users have reported is not always the right person. Jobright’s Insider Connections is useful for finding alumni and former colleagues, but the sending step stays with you. Simplify’s help center says plainly that emails are never sent automatically on your behalf.
How JobGPT does it
JobGPT finds jobs that match your profile and applies to them, including roles on company career pages that sit outside LinkedIn Easy Apply. Each application goes out with a resume tailored to that job and a personalized cover letter. JobGPT handles 10-20 applications per day, and the Apex plan supports 100+.
Alongside those applications, JobGPT sends personalized outreach emails to recruiters. It also sends referral requests to your connections, so you are not writing each message by hand.
Outreach goes out from your own Gmail account through the Gmail integration. Recruiters see a message from you, and replies land in your normal inbox, so you can pick up the conversation like any other email thread.
Every application and its status sits on a Kanban-style tracking board. JobGPT supports job seekers in the US, Canada, UK and 150+ other countries. You can try it with 5 free applies, and paid plans start at $34.99/month with credits that never expire.
Real interviews, not claims
Every auto-apply tool claims it gets interviews. JobGPT is the only one on this list that publishes the interview emails. These are invitations that landed in users’ own inboxes after a JobGPT application and recruiter outreach, with names redacted:

We only see replies that arrive in the connected inbox. Interviews that come by phone or inside an ATS portal do not show up, so this is the floor, not the ceiling. The full feed has 35 at the time of writing, including HubSpot, MongoDB, Elastic, Box, Webflow and Klaviyo.
For opinions we do not control, see the Trustpilot reviews: one reviewer reported 41 applications and 5 interviews inside a week; another reported about 12 recruiter calls from 100 applications in a day. Their numbers, not ours.
Apply, then reach the recruiter from your own Gmail
JobGPT pairs each application with recruiter outreach and referral requests. Start with 5 free applies.
Why it matters
A cold application often competes with hundreds of others in an applicant tracking system. A referral or a recruiter who already knows your name gets a human to look at your resume first. Research from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, using one U.S. company’s hiring data, found that referred candidates were more likely to be hired and stayed longer once they were.
The catch is effort. Finding the right recruiter, writing a note that does not sound copied, and asking a former colleague for a referral takes real time for every job. Most people stop doing it after the first few applications, and that is where automation earns its keep.
Sending from your own inbox also matters. A message from your Gmail address reads like a person reaching out, and any reply comes straight back to you instead of to a third-party dashboard.
Get your resume in front of a person
Tailored applications, recruiter emails and referral requests on autopilot. Credits never expire.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does LazyApply contact recruiters?
LazyApply’s site advertises “Smart Referral Emails,” which it describes as customized referral emails sent automatically to relevant employees at companies you apply to. We could not find vendor documentation of separate recruiter emails or of which inbox the emails are sent from. Its plans are billed yearly at $99, $149 or $999.
Does Jobright message people for you?
Not as of September 2026, based on Jobright’s own pages. Insider Connections surfaces alumni, former colleagues and hiring managers, shows email addresses and gives you a tailored message template. You still send each message yourself.
Is automated recruiter outreach safe or spammy?
It depends on who receives the email and what it says. Outreach becomes spam when it goes to the wrong contact, repeats a generic template or pitches a role that has closed. A short, personalized note about a role you actually applied to is ordinary professional networking. Keep volume reasonable and check what goes out under your name.
Does JobGPT send emails from my own Gmail?
Yes. JobGPT sends recruiter outreach and referral requests through its Gmail integration, so messages come from your address and replies arrive in your inbox.
Which auto-apply tool also emails recruiters automatically?
JobGPT does both in one workflow: it applies, emails recruiters and asks your connections for referrals. LoopCV can automatically send your CV to a company email it finds. Simplify, Jobright and Teal help you write outreach but leave the sending to you.
