Most auto-apply tools are built for the US and mention Canada in passing. This page checks which ones reach where Canadian employers hire: Job Bank, Indeed, LinkedIn and the Workday, Greenhouse and Ashby forms behind career pages.
Short answer
Short answer: JobGPT is the auto-apply tool that states Canada support and applies on company career pages and ATS forms beyond LinkedIn Easy Apply, with a tailored resume and cover letter for each job. LazyApply and LoopCV also submit applications automatically through boards that operate in Canada, such as Indeed and LinkedIn. Simplify and Teal autofill forms but you submit, and Jobright is focused on the US. No tool automates Job Bank’s Direct Apply, so plan to handle those postings yourself.

What works in Canada, and what does not
Job Bank: Job Match and Direct Apply
Job Bank is the Government of Canada’s job board. Its Job Match service, available with a Plus account, lets you “fill out a profile on Job Bank, then sit back and review job matches as they come in,” according to Job Bank. Employers who see your match can invite you to apply.
Direct Apply lets you send your Job Bank resume straight to an employer, but only on postings that show the Direct Apply flag, and only from a Plus account, according to Job Bank’s help page. None of the third-party tools below say they automate Direct Apply. In other words, treat Job Bank as a free matching feed you work through by hand.
Indeed Canada
Most auto-apply tools can work with Indeed. Indeed’s own auto-apply experiment, “Apply For Me,” was a limited test for job seekers in the US. In August 2026 Indeed said it was “pausing the automatic application mode” and focusing on a version where you review drafts before they go out, according to Indeed’s announcement. There is no built-in Indeed auto-apply for Canadian job seekers today.
LinkedIn’s help center says it does not allow bots or browser extensions that automate activity on the site, and it can restrict accounts that use them (LinkedIn: prohibited software). Some users have reported restrictions after running high-volume Easy Apply extensions.
Company career pages and ATS forms
Canadian employers hire through the same applicant tracking systems US companies use. We checked public job boards in October 2026: TD and Manulife post roles on Workday, Hootsuite uses Greenhouse, and Wealthsimple and 1Password use Ashby. We could not find a published Canada-only ATS market share figure, so take these as examples rather than a census.
A tool that only handles Easy Apply misses those forms. Our guide to auto-apply tools that work on company career pages shows which ones submit and which only autofill.
Why speed matters: PGWP and Express Entry timing
For many newcomers, the search runs on an immigration clock. The Canadian Experience Class under Express Entry asks for at least one year of skilled work, or 1,560 hours, in the three years before you apply, according to IRCC. A Post-Graduation Work Permit is issued once: IRCC says you cannot get a PGWP if you already had one after an earlier program (IRCC PGWP page).
Every month spent job hunting on a PGWP is a month not counting toward that year of experience. Confirm your own options with a licensed immigration consultant or lawyer. The job search side is simpler: more relevant applications sooner, and more of them reaching a person.
Job hunting in Canada on a deadline?
JobGPT applies on Workday, Greenhouse and other career pages with a tailored resume for every role. Start with 5 free applies.
The tools, one by one
1. JobGPT
How it does it: JobGPT applies on company career pages and ATS forms beyond LinkedIn Easy Apply. It tailors the resume and writes a cover letter for every application automatically, then sends recruiter and referral outreach from your own Gmail so replies land in your inbox. It covers the US, Canada, the UK and 150+ countries, with the strongest inventory in the US.
Price: Casual Hunter $34.99 for 100 credits, Active Hunter $64.99 for 200, Apex Predator $95.99 for 400. Pay-as-you-go runs $0.40, $0.35 or $0.25 per credit at 100, 300 or 750+ credits. Credits never expire, and you get 5 free applies. Volume is 10-20 applications a day, 100+ on Apex.
The trade-offs: Inventory outside the US is thinner than inside it, and that includes Canada. Volume is below LazyApply’s advertised numbers. Some users have reported mismatched applications, form errors and slow support.
Real interviews, not claims
Every auto-apply tool claims it gets interviews. JobGPT is the only one on this list that publishes the interview emails. These are invitations that landed in users’ own inboxes after a JobGPT application and recruiter outreach, with names redacted. The feed is not filtered by country, so these are not Canada-specific:

We only see replies that arrive in the connected inbox. Interviews that come by phone or inside an ATS portal do not show up, so this is the floor, not the ceiling. The full feed has 35 at the time of writing, including HubSpot, MongoDB, Elastic, Box, Webflow and Klaviyo.
For opinions we do not control, see the Trustpilot reviews: one reviewer reported 41 applications and 5 interviews inside a week; another reported about 12 recruiter calls from 100 applications in a day. Their numbers, not ours.
2. LazyApply
How it does it: A Chrome extension that applies on LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Dice and ZipRecruiter, and it needs a Gmail account. Its homepage does not name supported countries, but Indeed and Greenhouse carry many Canadian roles. It also sends Smart Referral Emails.
Price and caveats: $99, $149 or $999 a year, billed annually, for 15, 150 or 1,500 applications a day, with a 30-day money-back guarantee. It holds 2.1/5 on Trustpilot from 110 reviews, and some users have reported poorly matched applications. See our LazyApply alternatives.
3. LoopCV
How it does it: LoopCV runs saved searches it calls “loops” across LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor and 30+ boards, and can email recruiters it finds. Its knowledge base does not name a Canadian board such as Job Bank. The free plan covers 10 applications a month, and paid plans start at €9.99. Some users have reported a gap between jobs matched and applications submitted.
4. Simplify
How it does it: The free Copilot extension autofills career-site forms and tracks them; you submit. Autopilot, a beta for some Simplify+ members, submits on supported portals with 20 credits a week that do not roll over. Simplify does not send outreach emails.
Price: Free; Simplify+ is $19.99 a week, $39.99 a month or $89.99 a quarter. More in our Simplify alternatives roundup.
5. AIApply
How it does it: AIApply tailors a resume and cover letter, then submits. It publishes no country list. Auto Apply costs $49 a month for 100 applications, $99 for 250 or $199 a quarter for 750, and credits are lost when a cancelled plan lapses.
6. Teal
How it does it: Teal is a resume builder and tracker with AI autofill that works on any site; you click submit. It bought Ramped in December 2025 and holds 4.2/5 on Trustpilot from 116 reviews. Teal+ is $13 a week, $29 per 30 days or $79 per 90 days.
7. Sonara and 8. Jobright
Sonara is live but publishes no pricing and no country list. Jobright is US-focused, with an insider referral finder and H1B-friendly search, and pricing in the app only. Our full auto-apply roundup covers both in more depth.
How to choose
You are on a PGWP or a newcomer with a deadline

Frequently Asked Questions
Which auto-apply job tools work in Canada?
JobGPT states Canada support and applies on career pages and ATS forms. LazyApply and LoopCV automate applications on boards that list Canadian jobs, such as Indeed and LinkedIn. Simplify and Teal autofill forms on Canadian sites, and you submit. Jobright is focused on the US.
Can I auto-apply on Job Bank?
Not with a third-party tool, as far as we found. Job Match sends you matches, and Direct Apply works only on flagged postings from a Plus account, so apply to those yourself.
Does Indeed Canada have an auto-apply feature?
No. Indeed tested “Apply For Me” with a limited group of US job seekers in July 2026 and paused its automatic mode in August.
Does JobGPT have proof that it gets interviews?
Yes. JobGPT publishes redacted screenshots of interview invitation emails that users received after a JobGPT application, from companies such as ScaleAI, Databricks and HubSpot. The feed is not filtered by country, and it only shows replies that reached the connected inbox.
