Year Up United

Year Up United is a national workforce development organization focused on expanding economic opportunities for young adults. It aims to bridge the gap between business hiring needs and untapped talent, addressing the Opportunity Divide. Formed through the rebranding of Year Up, the organization combines expertise from Grads of Life and YUPRO Placement to deliver comprehensive solutions across talent, business, and community sectors. The organization offers a variety of services designed to equip young adults with essential job market skills. These include tuition-free job training through four Career Pathways, which cover areas such as IT, finance, and customer experience. Their structured training program features classroom instruction, internships, and job placement support. Additionally, participants benefit from an alumni network and comprehensive support services that enhance their career prospects. Year Up United has partnered with over 250 companies across the U.S., reflecting its commitment to connecting talent with opportunity and fostering inclusive workplaces.
