PRIDE Industries

PRIDE Industries is a nonprofit social enterprise dedicated to creating job opportunities for people with disabilities and those facing employment barriers, including veterans and former foster youth. Founded in 1966 in Auburn, California, PRIDE has grown to employ over 5,600 individuals nationwide, with nearly 60% of its workforce being people with disabilities. The organization operates in 15 states and Washington, D.C., with its headquarters in California. PRIDE offers a range of services, including manufacturing and contract manufacturing of electronics and medical devices, logistics and fulfillment services, facilities management, and recruitment solutions. Their manufacturing facility in Roseville produces Class II medical devices for international distribution. PRIDE also provides vocational training and support services to help individuals develop job skills.
