Clearbrook is a nonprofit organization focused on empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to achieve independence and fulfillment. With over 60 years of experience, Clearbrook serves more than 8,000 individuals annually across 16 counties in Illinois, operating over 80 locations and employing more than 900 staff members. The organization prioritizes personalized care, community integration, and lifelong support, directing 90% of its funding toward programs and services. Clearbrook offers a wide range of services, including home-based support, early intervention for children, adult day programs, and residential services. Its home-based services are the largest in Illinois, assisting over 1,600 families in more than 180 communities. The organization also provides clinical services such as nursing, behavioral therapy, and physical therapy. Clearbrook's mission emphasizes choice, dignity, and community participation, reflecting its commitment to evolving care standards and fostering independence for those it serves.
