TM ROCO

TM ROCO is a consortium of leading Belgian construction companies formed to execute the Right Bank sub-project of Antwerp’s Oosterweel Link. This initiative aims to close the R1 ring road around Antwerp and was awarded a €2.35 billion contract in 2021 by Lantis. The consortium includes BAM Contractors, Besix, Cordeel, Deme, Denys, Franki Construct, Jan De Nul, Van Laere, and Willemen Infra, and specializes in large-scale civil engineering projects. The Right Bank sub-project involves constructing a temporary R1 ring road and redesigning the urban landscape to create a greener, more sustainable environment. TM ROCO focuses on advanced techniques for tunnel construction, earthworks, and civil engineering, emphasizing collaboration, innovation, and safety. The project is expected to enhance port accessibility, improve traffic safety, and contribute to the overall quality of life in the region, marking a significant step in Antwerp’s urban development.
