Tarleton State University

Tarleton State University is a public university located in Stephenville, Texas, and is part of The Texas A&M University System. Founded in 1899, it has undergone several name changes, becoming Tarleton State University in 1973. The university offers a variety of undergraduate and graduate programs in fields such as liberal arts, sciences, business, education, and agriculture, with notable strengths in agriculture and equine science.
