DRI Energy is a renewable energy developer and operator based in Amsterdam, dedicated to advancing the energy transition in underserved European markets. As a subsidiary of Ukraine’s DTEK Group, DRI focuses on utility-scale solar, onshore wind, and battery storage projects. The company operates in Croatia, Italy, Poland, and Romania, with a goal to install 5GW of renewable energy and storage capacity by 2028. DRI develops utility-scale photovoltaic projects, including the Glodeni I and II solar parks in Romania, and constructs wind farms such as the Ruginoasa wind farm in Romania and the Brda Umovi wind farm in Croatia. The company also implements large-scale battery storage solutions, like Poland’s 133MW Trzebinia BESS. DRI serves governments, utilities, and local communities, emphasizing ESG integration and community engagement to support national net-zero goals.
