DEINE AUFGABEN
- Qualitätssicherung insbesondere Wareneingangskontrollen, In-Prozess Kontrolle, Erstmusterprüfungen und Erstellen von Prüfberichten
- Fachgerechte Probenpräparation für Prüfungen im Bereich Wareneingang
- Programmieren und Bedienen von digitalen Messprojektoren und optischen Messmaschinen (z. B. Keyence)
- Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von internen Qualitätsmeldungen sowie Lieferanten-Fehlermeldungen
- Betreuung, Pflege und stetige Weiterentwicklung der betrieblichen Prüfmittelverwaltung
- Erstellung, Review und Überarbeitung von Prüfvorschriften, Prozessbeschreibungen und Arbeitsanweisungen
- Aktive Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung sämtlicher Qualitätssicherungsprozesse (KVP)
DEIN PROFIL
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Polymechaniker, Produktionsmechaniker oder Anlagenführer
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung eines Industriebetriebs
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Prüf- und Messtechnik
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Erfahrung mit SAP und iWacs wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbstständige, präzise und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
