  • Architect Onboarding Frameworks: Partner with the ST Pro Product team & Engineering to determine best practices for onboarding System Integrators as well as OEM device partners; partner with engineering to create the developer documentation that will ensure scalable, repeatable success for the global partner ecosystem.

Product Market Requirements & Pilot Support
  • System Integrator Support: Support system integrators as they use ST Pro with their customer including onboarding new accounts, assigning licenses, and configuration the dashboard to work for the System Integrator and end-customer needs.
  • Voice of Customer: Synthesize market/technical trends and customer/partner sentiment into strategic reporting for executive leadership, directly influencing the development of innovative platform functionality.
  • Pilot Program Support: Partner with TPM and/or Engineering to support the technical execution of high-stakes SmartThings Pro pilot programs; partner with engineering to provide Tier2/3 support for strategic SmartThings Pro pilots and deployments.

Technical Leadership
  • Complex Problem Solving: Solve highly complex, unique onboarding challenges that may ultimately require the development of innovative solutions not currently detailed in any existing developer documentation.
  • Solutions Architecture: Facilitate the technical execution of Cloud-to-Cloud (C2C) integrations, working hands-on with partners to implement and verify the workflows required for platform certification.
  • Global Matrix Collaboration: Work with Samsung HQ to drive business results across time zones.
