SCORE Mentors

SCORE Mentors is a nonprofit organization that partners with the U.S. Small Business Administration to support small businesses in planning, launching, managing, and growing their ventures. Founded in 1964, SCORE has assisted over 17 million entrepreneurs through a network of more than 10,000 volunteer mentors, many of whom are seasoned business professionals. SCORE offers free, personalized one-on-one mentoring, connecting entrepreneurs with expert volunteers for tailored advice. The organization also provides a variety of educational workshops and webinars on topics like business planning, financing, and marketing. Additionally, SCORE hosts a comprehensive library of resources, including business plan templates and financial projection tools, to assist entrepreneurs at every stage of their business lifecycle. In 2023, SCORE helped launch over 31,000 new businesses and create more than 150,000 new jobs, highlighting its vital role in the U.S. small business ecosystem.
