Job Details: Job Location: Jackpot Junction - Morton, MN 56270, Position Type: Part-Time, Salary Range: $18.00 - $37.69 Hourly, Job Shift: Varies (+Weekends), ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Prepare all products offered by the 2 Go Food Express Kiosk. Safely operate kitchen equipment. Follow appropriate sanitary practices. Maintain accurate portion control. Stock products as needed. Utilize proper rotation techniques. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work area on a daily basis. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Previous food service experience required. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES Strong communication skills. Strong food prep skills. Knowledge of proper sanitary practices. Knowledge of kitchen equipment. Able to work efficiently and independently. Able to follow recipes and produce consistent food products. Highly self-motivated and dependable. UNIVERSAL REQUIREMENTS Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures. Regular attendance and punctuality. Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required. Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Mobility throughout the facility. Able to work under stressful conditions. Able to stand for long periods of time. Able to lift up to 35 pounds on a frequent basis.
