Join Innovaccer as a Senior AI Engineer to build scalable AI solutions for healthcare, leveraging data to personalize treatments and enhance patient care.
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will design scalable AI architectures, develop frameworks, optimize ML models, and collaborate with teams to implement AI-driven healthcare solutions.
- Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong API development skills
- 3+ years of experience in data science, including at least 1+ year building generative AI pipelines
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning SLMs
- Experience with reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems
- Familiarity with healthcare data and real-world AI use cases
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, Snowflake
