- Proficiency in creating visually-appealing marketing assets
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics
- Strong collaboration skills
- Willingness to overlap working hours with US Pacific Time Zone
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred
