The role involves managing cloud security posture, evolving detection policies, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure robust security practices across cloud environments.
- 4-6 years of experience in the cloud security domain
- Hands-on experience with Azure/AWS/GCP security best practices and services
- Strong knowledge of virtualization, Docker, containers, and their orchestration
- Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of network concepts and web-related protocols
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform
- Knowledge of cloud-native/cloud-friendly authentication mechanisms
- Experience reviewing and understanding cloud architecture and security best practices
- A Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Knowledge of Security Operations Centre /Incident Management
- Holds Associate or Professional-level Cloud and Kubernetes certification(s)
