Seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead GoodLeap’s enterprise data platform strategy, focusing on data governance, infrastructure, and cross-functional collaboration.
The Principal Product Manager will define and lead the strategy for GoodLeap's data platform, ensuring alignment across teams, driving key initiatives, and promoting data stewardship and governance.
- 10+ years of product management or related experience
- 4+ years focused on data platform, infrastructure, or enterprise data products
- Deep familiarity with modern data stack (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
- Experience implementing data cataloging tools
- Demonstrated understanding of data architecture concepts
- Prior experience working in regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of PCI, CCPA, SOC2
- Exceptional organizational and strategic thinking skills
