We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our busy and supportive Supply & Fit team at our Head Office in Harrogate. What are we looking for in our Sales Administrator?

• Previous experience in a customer service, sales administration, order processing or office administration role is preferred but robust and patient training is provided.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and CRM or business systems.
• A proactive, team-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and finding solutions.

What does our Sales Administrator actually do?

• Process customer works orders including survey requests and job updates accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, providing product information, pricing details and order updates.
• Work closely with Sales, Installations and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and data within company CRM systems.
• Support the management and maintenance of price lists, special pricing agreements and product bundles.
• Produce reports, update customer portals and complete a variety of administrative tasks to support day-to-day business operations.
