About the Role

As a Product Owner, you are responsible for setting and driving the product vision for DKSH's patient solutions program, a suite of products that empowers patients to access, manage, and share their health data and care plans. As part of Group Digital Product, you serve as the bridge between business needs and technology delivery, championing meaningful product outcomes and driving measurable business results across the organization.

What You Will Deliver

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the patient solutions program, ensuring the suite of products consistently enables patients to access, manage, and share their health data and care plans with ease and confidence.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business users and market teams, to deeply understand pain points, needs, and goals that shape product direction and prioritization.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to validate product opportunities and drive informed, evidence-based product decisions.
• Define and communicate clear, measurable product objectives, key results, and success criteria that align cross-functional teams around shared outcomes.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications that faithfully reflect the product vision and address real user needs.
• Partner closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products that meet user expectations and technical standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog and roadmap, balancing user value, business impact, and technical feasibility to maximize delivery effectiveness.
• Coordinate and execute product launches, including go-to-market planning, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and structured collection of customer feedback.
• Analyze and report on product performance, user behavior, and customer feedback, leveraging data and insights to guide product iterations and enhancements that deliver continuous improvement.
• Act as the product evangelist, building awareness and driving adoption of patient solutions both internally and across external stakeholder communities.
• Lead cross-functional teams through process analysis and redesign initiatives, ensuring alignment and momentum across all contributors.
• Champion the importance and benefits of digital transformation to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and foster a culture that embraces digital innovation and change.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology (IT), Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner, process improvement manager, or digital transformation specialist, with a proven portfolio of successfully completed projects.
• Strong product development, delivery, and product management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead products from concept through to launch.
• Strategic thinking capability with the ability to translate business goals into clear, actionable product roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles, with hands-on experience applying them in a cross-functional product environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conceptualize requirements and translate them into clear, well-structured product specifications.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders laterally and across hierarchical levels, building alignment in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Good time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of work in deadline-driven and fast-moving environments.
• Collaborative working style with a strong customer service mindset, high attention to detail, and a balanced blend of strategic and technical capabilities.
