我們正在招募一位經驗豐富的IE工程師，主要負責專案改善、廠內Layout及relayout調整規劃。您將擔負著提高生產力並經有相關專案蒐集及研究分析改善流程，提升整體生產效率。同時在團隊中可推動智能製造自動化與AI運用專案。

主要工作內容：

建立標準工時、人力、產能、製造成本分析管理與維護。
生產線平衡率及效率，分析管理。
生產流程動線與工廠Layout規劃。
營運管理，生產成本、人力等控管與資料分析。
執行專案資料蒐集與研究改善；數據平台規劃設計，工業4.0工廠推動執行。

人才需具備：

學歷：大學以上
經驗：IE經驗2年以上
skillsets：AutoCAD、具基本EXCEL函數基礎、PowerPoint、Power BI

加分項目：

擅溝通，跨部門協調與解決問題能力。
數據分析與提案改善能力。
Power BI製作與數據分析。
有Layout 規劃或改善相關經驗尤佳。
