As of September 2026 we could not find an auto-apply feature on Teal&#8217;s site, although Teal bought the auto-apply startup Ramped in December 2025. Geographic Coverage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Teal<\/strong> does not limit you by country, because you do the applying. If you can open the job page and the extension can read it, you can track and autofill it. The coverage question is really about your own time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>JobGPT<\/strong> finds and applies to jobs across the US, Canada, UK and 150+ countries. That matters if you are targeting remote roles or are open to relocating, since it keeps applying in those markets while you sleep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Automation Philosophy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Teal<\/strong> keeps you in the driver&#8217;s seat. Its autofill speeds up each form, and its FAQ is clear that you always review and edit answers before you submit. Some people prefer that level of control for every application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>JobGPT<\/strong> is built for the opposite case. Once your profile and preferences are set, it finds matching roles and submits applications on its own, with a tailored resume and cover letter for each one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teal may move closer to this over time. In December 2025 it announced the acquisition of Ramped, whose &#8220;Autopilot&#8221; submits applications for candidates, and said it would integrate that technology &#8220;over the coming months.&#8221; We did not see an auto-apply product on Teal&#8217;s site or pricing page when we checked in September 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Recruiter &amp; Referral Outreach<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Teal<\/strong> gives you the tools to network well: a networking CRM to save contacts and email templates for each job stage (1 per stage on the free plan, unlimited on Teal+). You write and send the messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>JobGPT<\/strong> automates this step. It sends personalized recruiter and referral outreach from your own Gmail, so your application is not the only signal a company receives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Resume Building Depth<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is where Teal is at its best. Design Mode, resume analysis with real-time feedback, a Match Score against each job description, and AI help for bullets and summaries make it one of the more complete resume editors around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>JobGPT<\/strong> tailors your resume automatically for every application, which saves time at volume.
